What is MultiPlan?

MultiPlan helps healthcare payers improve payment accuracy, reduce the cost of care, and gain competitive advantage.  Over 60 million health plan members have access to MultiPlan’s services, including its provider networks. How do I know if I my current health plan offers MultiPlan networks?

Simply look for the MultiPlan or PHCS logo on your ID card. In addition to the logo, your ID card should contain instructions on how to find a doctor within MultiPlan’s networks.



What benefits are covered by MultiPlan?

None. MultiPlan is not an insurance company and does not issue or maintain health plan benefits.

If you’d like to see your current plan benefits, log in to with your username and password. Select your desired plan on the left side of the dashboard then scroll down to “Benefits” to view a comprehensive list and description of your benefits.

Whom do I contact if I have an issue regarding copayments, deductibles, and/or premium payments?

You will need to contact the claims administrator listed on the back of the ID card for your plan.

How do I find a doctor or healthcare provider in the MultiPlan network?

Visit and click “Find a Provider” in the upper right.

On the next page, click “Select Network.” Have your ID card on hand. It will help you answer the two brief questions that follow.

Once you choose the network, you can search for a nearby provider that meets your criteria.

For example, let’s say you’re looking for a family doctor in the neighborhood. Simply type “family doctor” in the search bar, select “Enter Zip” to fill in your zip code (or city/state), and click the search icon to find a list of family doctors nearby.

Once you’ve found a provider that fits your criteria, contact them to confirm their participation in the network.

Upon your visit, simply present your ID card and tell them your plan is in the MultiPlan or PHCS network. If they have questions, they can contact the claims provider listed on the back of your card.
